Find enclosed Srimadh Bhaagavatham for Beginners. Kindly note that , this is not a publication and there could me mistakes in splitting the words because of my understanding in pronunciation from Sangeethaaji's cassette..Earlier , I got one unsplit version in English from internet and I used that along with Sangeethaaji's cassette in splitting and correcting the shlokas and converting them in various languages. Only intention is that we should also read Bhaagavatham inspite of not knowing Sanskrit. Many full Sanskrit words also purposefully split into 2 or 3 ( big words ) , so that it can be easily read along with Sangeethaaji's cassette..I wish all Krushnaa devotees like us can utilise in reading this. I have taken advantage of Shri Naaradhaa telling Sri Vyaasa about making Srimadh Bhaagavatham ( even if a person reads prathi slokam in abadhdha manner , bhagavaan should be happy )..
Adiyen started this project for my aathma satisfaction . Other than me , no one checked this. Also , no one asked me to make this and hence if there are mistakes , other than me , no one are responsible. If there are mistakes , please let me know and I can correct them and send it for everyone..
I beg pardon from Raadhe , Krushnaa and our beloved Guruji and Sanskrit scholars ( if they read this ) if there are any mistakes in the shlokaas..
As this is not for making publication or making money , I request all of you to forward to anyone else freely without even noting to me.. Only expectation is that by reading this , if you are happy with the conversion , you can inform me through mail.

ReplyDeleteThis is a remarkable effort! Stumbled upon this while searching for SBM e-books in Malayalam and Sanskrit for myself.
Both my father and his cousin brothers (elderly, 70 plus with declining eyesight) are also liking the readability of the split words. Since e-books (PDF) are not their taste, I am planning take a printout of this and give them.
Could you be kind enough to share the Word files (Malayalam, Tamil and Sanskrit) and the font that you used, so that I can increase the font size, make it more bold if possible and adjust page margins and print it for them accordingly?
Could you include the bhagavatha mahatmyam also subsequently?

Sri Maheshji Immensely happy for the 3times chantingof Sreemath Bhagavatham. But for the beautiful reading of Sangithaji in different raagams and easy availability of the same inwebsite, it would not have been possible to do the paarayanam and enjoy. God bless you happiness all the time. One small request. Bhagavata Maahatmiyam six adhyayams 3times reading by Sangitaji if available I will be happy to have it. My daughter in law has started doing paarayanam. She will find it easy.

The reason I am asking is that your PDF is very helpful to read/recite easily, but in some of the places, the telugu fonts are not transliterated correctly. I like to fix it. Could you please help? ReplyDeleteI am a Madhwa and there are some differences between your version and the Vijayadhwaja Version we follow. But since we do not have the Vijayadhwaja Bhaghavatam in Tamil, I found your version very easy to use. I noted the differences between the two versions and use your version and the Sanskrit version of Vijaydhwaja Bhaghavatam side by side for Parayana. I wish to have one correct version for use in Tamil. Unfortunately, to make the corrections, I am unable to convert your pdf into word. If possible, kindly send me by email the word version of your Srimad Bhaghavatam in Tamil which will make it easy for me to add/remove and edit the file. It is a humble request from my side. The only other option for me is to type the entire Bhaghavatam in Tamil.
